A popular TV children's show is run by cheerful hosts, who struggle behind the scenes with production matters and their own bleak lives. Being an adult is hard, and for Uramichi Omota, that truth weighs on him. While on TV, he’s the upbeat exercise instructor for a children’s show, but he and his coworkers keep revealing the plight of adulthood on air.
